Kord Security's founders are new to the Largo Florida area, but they bring with them years of experience with Information Technology and Cybersecurity work. They have worked in many industries and markets including medical, banking, legal, retail, insurance, state and local governments, and the federal government/DOD. They also hold many industry certifications including the CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CCSK (Cloud Security), ITL Foundations, and a list from specific companies and platforms including Microsoft, Oracle, Linux, etc.
We are able to assist companies from many different industry types with their compliance requirements by writing documentation packages, business impact analysis, continuity plans, system security plans, and plans of actions & milestones (POA&M). We are experts in many areas of compliance requirements including HIPAA, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, SOC1/2, PCI-DSS, ISO, etc. In addition to preparing your company for a compliance audit we can also provide additional managed services after the audit including continuous monitoring, regular updates of your documentation and performing ongoing vulnerability scans / assessments including the help with fixing any findings.
We are also able to perform penetration testing (pen tests) as required by your organization's compliance requirements. At the completion of the tests we will also provide the necessary results reports and corresponding documentation. We can perform these tests either externally or internally depending on what your requirements are, and will provide a terms of engagement document and schedule before any test is performed on your network.
